Due to severe wearing out of engine and mechanisms there can be hidden damages, which are why for a better application of SUPROTEC there are stipulations the observance of which can guarantee the best result:

• Lack of mechanical damages (breakage of buckets, burnout of valves and plungers, bore scuffing, plunger scuffing, crankshaft journal, damage in integrity of surface, etc.)

• Natural wear out of mechanism should not increase 75%, in case of extreme wear out it is advisable to restore at after sales service (since the number of stages of treatment in case of extreme wear out may be more then three.) However even in such cases the treatment should be accomplished only then there no «knocking" sounds in engine or mechanism and other noticeable noises. If such defects are present, it better to find cause and liquidate it and after it begin treating with the material.

• Observance of lubrication rules. Since oil which is used in mechanism is bearer of SUPROTEC i.e. provides its transportation to zones of rubbing, damages and blockage of oil lines on the initial stage of treatment is impossible.
